Article 1 (General Provisions)

1. SAMANSA, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall mediate the provision of the subscription-based video streaming service provided by SAMANSA, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "SAMANSA Service") to subscribers of the Company's service in accordance with the terms and conditions of use regarding SAMANSA Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").

2. The Company shall, in a manner specified by the Company, bill the monthly usage fee for SAMANSA Service from customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who start using SAMANSA Service following the Company's designated method, and Users shall pay this fee (the services that can be used through this series of processes are collectively referred to as "this Service").

   If you do not agree to these Terms in advance, you will not be able to apply for or use this Service.

3. Users are required to agree to the SAMANSA Terms and Conditions set by SAMANSA, INC. when applying for this Service. If you do not agree to these terms in advance, you will not be able to apply for or use this Service.

4. The Company may change or abolish these Terms without obtaining the consent of Users. If the Company changes these Terms, the content and terms of provision of this Service shall be based on the amended terms. In addition, the Company will notify customers of the content of the amended terms by posting them on the Company's designated website until the effective date of the amended terms.

5. SAMANSA, INC. may change the SAMANSA Terms and Conditions in accordance with the terms of use of SAMANSA Service, following these Terms. Except for the parts specified by the Company in these Terms, the content and terms of provision of SAMANSA Service shall be based on the amended SAMANSA Terms and Conditions.

6. Users need the cable ID and password provided by the Company to use this Service.

7. If authentication by cable ID and password is not possible, Users will not be able to use this Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following terms are used with the meanings indicated below:

1. SAMANSA, INC. (referred to as "the Company")

2. SAMANSA Service: Subscription-based video streaming service provided by SAMANSA, INC.

3. This Service: A service that allows Users to subscribe to SAMANSA Service through the Company's mediation, start SAMANSA Service as specified by the Company, and pay the monthly usage fee for SAMANSA Service.

4. Users: Subscribers of this Service

5. This Agreement: The agreement for this Service concluded between Users and the Company

6. SAMANSA Terms and Conditions: Terms of use for SAMANSA Service set by SAMANSA, INC.

7. The Company's Service: Services provided by the Company based on separate Internet connection service contracts and terms of use set by the Company

Article 3 (Formation and Continuation of This Agreement)

1. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded when all of the following conditions are met: The person who has a contract for the Company's service designated by the Company applies for the use of this Service to the Company, and the Company accepts it.

2. The Company may not accept applications for this Agreement in the following cases:

   (1) If the applicant for this Agreement has not been able to use the service in accordance with the service usage agreement provided by the Company other than this Service, or if the Company judges that there has been a violation in the past or if there is a risk of violation.

   (2) If the use of SAMANSA Service violates the terms and conditions set by SAMANSA, INC. according to the Company's judgment.

   (3) If the Company judges that providing this Service would hinder the performance of the Company's business or if there is a risk of such hindrance in providing this Service.

   (4) In other cases where the Company judges that it is inappropriate for the applicant to be a User.

3. The Company shall bill Users for the monthly usage fee of SAMANSA Service in accordance with the procedure specified in the preceding paragraph, regardless of the SAMANSA Terms and Conditions.

4. Regardless of the provisions of the SAMANSA Terms and Conditions, Users shall pay the monthly usage fee for SAMANSA Service by registering with the Company's designated payment method as specified in the preceding paragraph.

5. The Company may change or abolish all or part of this Service without obtaining the consent of Users. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by Users as a result of changes or abolition of this Service.

Article 4 (SAMANSA Service)

1. The content of SAMANSA Service is determined by SAMANSA, INC. In addition, the use of SAMANSA Service is subject to the SAMANSA Terms and Conditions.

2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disputes or problems between Users and SAMANSA, INC. regarding SAMANSA Service.

Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)

1. When using this Service, Users must not engage in any of the following actions:

   (1) Actions that violate laws and regulations or these Terms (2) Actions that infringe on the rights, interests, or privacy of the Company, other Users, SAMANSA, INC., or third parties (3) Actions that cause damage or inconvenience to the Company, other Users, SAMANSA, INC., or third parties (4) Actions that interfere with the Company's business (5) Actions that defame or damage the reputation of the Company, other Users, SAMANSA, INC., or third parties (6) Actions that provide false information to the Company (7) Actions that obstruct or interfere with the use of this Service by other Users (8) Actions that engage in activities similar to those listed in the preceding items

2. If the Company judges that a User has violated these Terms or has engaged in any of the actions listed in the preceding paragraph, the Company may take measures such as suspending the use of this Service by the User, notifying the Company of the User's information to relevant authorities, and claiming damages.

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

1. The Company shall handle personal information of Users in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately provided by the Company.

2. The Company may provide information on Users to SAMANSA, INC. to the extent necessary for the provision of SAMANSA Service.

Article 7 (Notification to Users)

1. Notifications from the Company to Users shall be made by a method specified by the Company.

2. Notifications from Users to the Company shall be made by a method specified by the Company.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation of these Terms and the agreement for this Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Any disputes arising between Users and the Company regarding this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 9 (Effective Date)

These Terms shall be effective as of April 1, 2021.
