Payment Timing:

SAMANSA is a monthly service. The first billing occurs on the day the free trial period ends and the paid membership registration is completed, followed by billing on the same date every month. Your next billing date can be viewed at any time in the [Next Payment Date] section of your [Profile].

Service Start Time:

The service is available immediately upon completion of registration.

​

Cancellation:

To cancel your membership, click the [Cancel] tab on the profile page located in the bottom right. If you cancel in the middle of the billing period, you can continue to stream until your account is automatically closed.
